Centre actively participates in international interdisciplinary biological psychiatry congress „Stress and Behavior” , which is organized on basis of St. Petersburg’s Institute of Experimental and Clinical Medicine I.V. Pavlov physiology section, which nowadays is led by Prof. Doctor of medical sciences Victor Klimenko. Summer schools are meant to be like continuation to this congress. As continuation of 12 ^th congress summer school in Riga cooperating with Psychoneurophysiology and bio regulation Centre and Pauls Stradins Clinical University Hospital was organized in summer 2009. The leader and main organizer of this school is scientist and researcher professor Allan V. Kalueff, PhD, Hon (USA) .

This school united young scientists from 16 countries and there were discussions about neurology, psychiatry, experimental medicine and urgent psychological problems. There was a possibility to create friendly scientific connections, share experience and develop common points of view on fundamental and practical problems.
