On the basis of developed country researches was concluded, that human factors and evaluation of its role is strategically important and necessary condition for success in contemporary market .

One of the most important human resource management principles is increased attention to human factor in authorities and companies. In this context there should be a common socially guided country politics about psychophysiological expertise (PPE) . In European Union countries, Latvia including, work protection law determine concept of psychophysiological risk , which is not adequately estimated, because – on one hand there is a need for expensive devices, on other- there is a need for experts who could administer methods of psychophysiological indicator and brain specifics registration and evaluation.

Psychophysiological expertise is a primary psycho-prophylaxis condition, which could rescue health of people who carry out monotone work in heightened danger conditions, and which is meant to avoid traumatism, accidents and professional diseases.
