Club “ Brain Fitness”

If we are not training our muscles, they are getting weaker. By analogy, if we are not training our brain, we are loosing the sharpness of our mind.

The majority of population on our planet is thinking about problems as: brain aging disorders, how to avoid that in order to save the sharpness of our mind, our memory and concentration.

Nowadays for people who want to improve their brain work exist such options: vitamins, supplements, trainings and seminars. Usually variants of these actions are not systematized and not taking place of regular basis, as also, not always effective. We could not find such regular programs for self-development in available literature.

Concept of the club “ Brain Fitness” is the possibility of permanent self-development practice for club members, who attend classes in order to learn how to speed up thinking process, improve memory, mood management, prevent stresses, learn how to train own brain using special computer programs, games and developing tools, focused on development of the right and left hemispheres and hemispheres reciprocal interactions.
